Ashley is a neurodivergent therapist who specializes in helping other nuerodivergents find self-acceptance and self-compassion. She is trained in autism assessments, ADHD assessments, and neurodivergent affirming care. Ashley’s clinical interests include exploring autistic identity, chronic health, intersecting identities, and neurodivergent trauma. When working with clients, Ashley utilizes feminist theory, autism affirming practice, mindful self-compassion, gestalt, somatic, and acceptance and commitment therapy strategies.
