Hi! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with neurodivergent adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and executive functioning challenges through a compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach. My work is grounded in trauma-informed principles and integrates somatic awareness, CBT, and DBT to support clients in understanding their inner world and building sustainable emotional resilience. I especially enjoy working with creatives and neurodivergent individuals who are looking for therapy that honors both their nervous system and their unique ways of thinking and expressing themselves. In my practice, I often incorporate the healing presence of pets alongside behavioral activation, using animals and small meaningful activities to support co-regulation, grounding, motivation, and mood. Together, these approaches help clients reconnect with routines, access calm and connection, and build steady momentum toward emotional well-being.
