I work with women experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of the women I support feel deeply, struggle with self-doubt, and notice old patterns resurfacing during times of change such as moving, ending a relationship, or starting something new. My work supports nervous system regulation, emotional stability, and self-trust so you can feel more grounded and at ease. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and other nervous system regulating techniques to support deep, embodied healing and lasting change.
