As a therapist, I'm direct and solution-centered. I challenge my members therapeutically—which can be a love/hate relationship at times—but it's often rewarding. I love working with individuals and seeing their progress. OCD isn't simple; many struggle with ingrained thinking patterns. I aim to help those who feel unsafe with their thoughts and show them there's hope. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it, supported by intensive training in ERP—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
