I believe that when we share our struggles, we create space for hope and healing. My goal in counseling is to hold space for hope to those individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, and various life difficulties. I aim to empower clients to identify coping skills, process emotions, identify internal resources, and increase sense of self to improve overall health. I strive to create a comfortable and safe space through a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to change.
