I understand the strength it takes to seek out therapeutic services. If it was easy, everyone would do it. I also understand that the therapeutic relationship and the sessions offered are key to your success in sessions. Sessions can either feel healing, supportive, and safe or they can add to the trauma and pain you are experiencing.
