I work with adults who are looking to process childhood trauma, explore complex family dynamics and rebuild their sense of self. If this sounds like you, please feel free to reach out! EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. The goal of EMDR is to reprocess traumatic memories using our brain's natural healing processes so the memories become less distressing.
