Welcome! I help my clients find hope and purpose, resolve current emotional struggles, and create an abundant, thriving life. Anxiety, depression, marital distress and disconnection; worries, confusion, exhaustion, hopelessness...these are a few of the concerns that bring clients into my office. Together, we can understand these problems and find solutions to create a life of joy and meaning. My training has been in mood disorders, marital therapy, substance use and codependency, and trauma. I love helping clients reach their goals - great mental health, successful relationships, healthy boundaries, you name it!
