I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a big heart and passion for helping individuals heal those parts of themselves that they tend to feel ashamed of. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I know what it is like to see myself and family members struggle with their mental health, but feel they have no one to talk to. I am here to say, you DO NOT need to go through life alone. Your experiences in this world are valid. I believe that therapy can be that first step to ending harmful cycles and truly becoming the version of yourself you have always wanted to be.
