Hi, I'm Ashley. I help people navigate their inner parts and ways they show up in their own life, with gentleness and curiosity. I help people find healing around trauma, suicidality, and their LGBTQIA+/queer identity. I approach sessions with compassion and warmth, while holding the belief that your story is not over, and there is hope to be found. I am able to meet clients where they are at, and walk with them through the heavy and light parts of being alive.
