People seek counseling for many reasons, some complex and others quite simple. As a person who has had a wide range of life experiences, I am blessed with empathy and compassion for others. If you are feeling depressed, anxious, or feel as though you are navigating a difficult path on your own, I am here for you. If you are struggling with your young child, I am a mother who is also certified in helping you. If you have a teenager who is trying to learn and find their way, I can support them. If you are discovering who you are after a major change, such as graduation, divorce, retirement, I am here for you. View 4 Photos I specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which focuses on attachment and behavior interventions for children ages 7 years and under. PCIT takes place in a separate playroom designed for specific interventions. Individual sessions (for older ages) involve a positive relationship in a relaxed environment where you can be yourself.
