Hi, I’m Ashley, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UCF and a background in Psychology and Criminal Justice from FSU. I work with people navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. My experience spans individual, group, and family/couples therapy, as well as supporting patients through medical treatment and recovery. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and holistic. I believe therapy should be accessible, so I offer a sliding scale—don’t let cost be a barrier to your healing.
