I am a good fit for adults (18+) who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating change and are looking for a supportive, collaborative space to better understand themselves and their experiences. Many of the individuals I work with are managing anxiety, mood-related concerns, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, ADHD, autism spectrum differences, or difficulties adjusting to life transitions. If you are open to self-exploration, curiosity, and gentle challenge within a safe and respectful therapeutic relationship, we may be a good fit.
