I’m here to offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—awkward pauses, random tangents and all. Whether we’re unpacking what’s weighing you down, sharing a laugh about reality TV, or connecting through music that means something to you, therapy with me is about helping you feel more you. I work with teens, young adults, and adults to navigate anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and trauma. I offer a space where you can be your real self—no judgment, no pressure—just honest conversations, support, and room to grow.
