I work best with people who see themselves as high-functioning or goal-oriented, but are struggling to get tasks started or wrap projects up. I enjoy conversations that are educational but fun, since I believe therapy should be a safe space to learn and ask awkward questions. I have many clients who would call themselves perfectionists and over-function out of necessity. I like helping people realize their full potential and to learn how to advocate for themselves with their loved ones or at work. If you've got goals, let's get them accomplished.
