I am a trauma-informed provider who supports individuals and couples navigating grief/loss, trauma, conflict, and transition. I am affirming of all members of the LGBTQ+ community and am passionate about supporting folks identifying as neurodiverse (eg. autistic, AuDH, diagnosed with ADHD, etc ). Clients I support often struggle with the impact of stories about who they "should be", wondering, "Do I matter?" or shedding pieces of themselves to create a sense of belonging.
