I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults who struggle with strong emotions, such as anxiety and depression. I strive to help my clients gain self-efficacy about their ability to cope with strong emotions and stressors. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders (panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobia, agoraphobia), obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders (OCD, hoarding, trichotillomania, skin picking disorder), depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
