Ashley has more than 20 years of experience helping adolescents and families navigate anxiety, trauma and high-stress life situations. She specializes in helping teens who feel overwhelmed, angry, or stressed out and their families who are trying to support them. She brings a calm and steady presence to therapy, helping her clients feel safe enough to talk about difficult experiences. Ashley holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and is completing a Doctorate in Community Care and Traumatology. With experience in child welfare and university settings, she understands how stress and trauma impact her clients. She uses trauma-informed CBT and solution-focused care to help teens and families reduce anxiety and process trauma.
