They may be struggling in relationships, questioning old patterns, or going through a life transition that’s left them feeling off balance. They want to better understand themselves, feel more secure in their relationships, and move through life with more ease and confidence. Mostly, they’re looking for a space where they don’t have to explain or justify how they feel. I work with teens, adults, and couples using a warm, collaborative approach that blends insight, emotional connection, and practical tools.
