As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about empowering you who may be struggling in various aspects of your life so that you may fully embrace who you are and where you are going. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, difficult life transitions, or struggle with your faith, I am dedicated to walking this path with you and helping you gain skills toward achieving mental health growth and wellness. In particular, I have a special heart for treating trauma symptoms and helping those going through life transitions. For new clients, an appointment is scheduled, and you will receive intake paperwork to complete prior to our first session. During the first session, my main focus will be on rapport building. I believe it is essential that you get to know me and feel comfortable that we are a good fit to work together.
