My ideal client is someone who enters therapy with an open heart, ready to delve into their inner world and unpack their boxes. They come to each session as their true selves, even if they deem their thoughts and emotions complex or challenging. Through a blend of mindfulness, firm compassion, honesty, and a shared dedication to growth, we can cultivate an environment where healing and personal development occur organically. I combine psychoeducation, CBT, and empowerment. My expertise are LGBTQIA+ Gender affirming care, trauma, grief, sexual abuse, and women's issues. I also help children dealing with emotional disturbances and behavioral issues in ages 13 to 17.
