Much of our lives now unfold online. While digital spaces can offer connection and opportunity, they can also become sources of real harm. I specialize in working with young individuals who've been impacted by online experiences such as cyberbullying, digital harassment, online discrimination, doxing, and other forms of technology facilitated harm. I also help youth who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns with digital media, including excessive screen time, compulsive social media use, and difficulty setting boundaries with technology.
