As a biracial woman born and raised in St. Paul, MN, I bring a deep commitment to authenticity, vulnerability, and cultural humility to my work as a therapist-in-training. I am currently getting a dual master's degree in Social Work and Holistic Health. My passion for social work is rooted in a long legacy of strong women in the healing professions and a lifelong calling to hold space for others. Therapy has profoundly shaped my own life, teaching me how to live more fully, let go of attachment, and practice compassion for myself and others. I believe in the power of curiosity, and listening deeply to the stories that shape us. Healing begins when we’re met exactly where we are—not where others expect us to be—and embracing all parts of ourselves is an essential step toward wholeness. Grounded in Internal Family Systems and a nonjudgmental therapeutic lens, I strive to recognize the patterns that shape us while creating space for transformation and connection.
