Have you ever found yourself stuck in the same emotional loop: different people, different settings, but somehow the same storyline plays out again and again? It might be a recurring conflict in relationships, a sense of always being the caretaker, or feeling dismissed and unseen despite trying to speak up. These patterns can feel frustrating, confusing, or even disheartening, especially when we don’t yet have the language to name them or the tools to change them.
