I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor working towards my Marriage and Family Therapy licensure. As a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist, I enjoy working with individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and/or addiction. I understand that life transitions and events can be challenging. So, I would like the opportunity to guide people through these challenges and provide them with stability, clarity, and strength so they are stronger on the other side. I have a four-year-old golden doodle who is in training and can join sessions upon request. I have 5 years of experience in the addiction/mental health field. During my education and work-related experience, I have provided services for individuals and families of all ages. My treatment modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Gottman, and many others.
