I meet with couples and individuals for therapy, often supporting those who feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship conflicts, parenting concerns, and life transitions. I have specialized training and education working with couples including certification in Gottman Method Level I. I offer a supportive, trauma-informed space to explore challenges with care and curiosity. Drawing from mindfulness, CBT, narrative therapy, and emotionally focused couples therapy, I tailor sessions to each client. My goal is to help you gain confidence, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
