After nearly two decades in higher education, I came to therapy because I believe in the possibility of growth, healing, and real change. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions—especially when those moments bring up questions about who you are, where you belong, or what comes next. My clients often feel overwhelmed or stuck, but are also thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to look a little deeper into their dififculties. They want more than quick fixes—they want to feel grounded, connected, and more like themselves again.
