Ideal clients include those who are interested in making changes in their lives, and are open to having people support them in making changes. Although I have a background in primarily working with adult and adolescent female identified individuals, I am open to working with various social identities and on a variety of goals. My specific background includes; domestic violence, sexual assault, child and adult trauma. Additionally, I have a background in working with individuals in crisis and or with either new or chronic mental health challenges.
