I believe the bravest thing you can do is to begin to understand your own story. At the same time, I don't think therapy should be a stale clinical experience. I aim to make the therapeutic experience genuine. I help clients form stronger, more authentic relationships in a judgment-free zone. What makes each of us vulnerable is also what makes each of us unique. Life is too short to surrender to bad relationships, feel insecure, keep holding onto past grudges, let trauma control us, or be anxious/angry all the time. With a therapeutic style that is energizing and motivating, my goal is to empower clients to make positive changes.
