Hello! I'm glad you're here. My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in solution-focused therapy for adults. My clinical experience working in both medical and legal settings has provided me with a unique knowledge base and skill set that takes into consideration the needs of the whole person in order to truly meet clients wherever they're at in their journey to self-healing. Based on each client's individual treatment goals, I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and mind-body approaches during our work together.
