Hello and thank you for visiting my page! I am a licensed mental health counselor whose clinical expertise is in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have broad clinical experience in inpatient psychiatric, school, community mental health, and substance abuse settings. My approach is strength-based and draws from an eclectic counseling perspective, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and family-based therapy.
