This year marks 25 years since I stepped into healthcare counseling & I feel the importance of this work accelerating every year. As stress-related chronic conditions soar, a pandemic quiets but leaves long-term effects, including healthcare provider burnout & patient suffering through flawed systems. I have an unmatched empathy for both patients & providers, having been on both sides. My focus is on helping those with chronic illnesses, chronic pain, medical trauma, & undiagnosed conditions improve their understanding, coping, & management of their health, while working to also improve communication with important care partners.
