I believe the therapeutic process is collaborative, rooted in rapport, and always leaves room for humor and humility. My strength lies in creating a therapeutic relationship that feels authentic, accessible, and safe. I'm often described as "down to earth" and honest. I believe you will also find that I am nurturing, witty, yet tactfully direct. I love working with clients who have never been to therapy before and be given opportunity to teach them how relatable and genuine this process can be. I work with adults using a strong psychodynamic and psychoeducational basis and am conservative with referrals for medication. I specialize in anxiety, infertility, relationship building, attachment, goal setting, and more. I am well versed and have personal experience in the complicated world of reproductive technology.
