Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m a queer-identified therapist specializing in LGBTQIA+ clients, people healing from trauma, and those navigating life transitions or relationship challenges. I’m trained in EMDR and integrate somatic, emotion-focused, and parts-based work to help you understand your patterns, regulate emotions, and feel safer and more at home in your body. I value the relationship in therapy above all else, and believe therapy should feel human more-so than cold and clinical. You can expect warmth, humor, occasional swearing, and a judgment-free space where you don’t have to censor yourself.
