I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor, and a Certified Grief Informed professional. I have experience working with diverse individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I also help people who may be facing other psychological difficulties such as grief / loss, addiction, and phase of life or adjustment issues (e.g. divorce, launching of children, empty nest, retirement, etc.). I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a default, but I'm willing to adjust to the client's needs and preferences.
