I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while building tools to help you move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and create a personalized toolbox they can use both in and outside of therapy. Together, we’ll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify what you’d like to change, and work toward meaningful, sustainable growth.
