We each have within us what we need to succeed, but when life derails us or we become our own enemy, we get stuck. It’s my job to help you get un-stuck and help you discover your own innate ability to grow and succeed. Whether it be in finding trust and healing in yourself after trauma or finding better ways to relate to others or even in learning more effective strategies to manage depression, anxiety, or daily life stresses, we work together to meet your goals and create a structure for you that you can then use outside of therapy.
