I am a licensed psychologist in the state of New York. I provide individual therapy to adolescent and adult clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is integrative and focused on assisting individuals to explore challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a way that offers the opportunity for change and growth. I view therapy as a collaborative and dynamic process, where my hope is to empower individuals to utilize strengths and develop skills that promote overall wellness.
