My ideal client is someone who may be carrying the heavy weight of depression, anxiety, chronic stress, or the exhaustion that comes from navigating life under the pressures of capitalism and societal expectations. They may be facing major life transitions or grappling with women’s issues—whether related to identity, self-worth, relationships, or motherhood. They’re seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to be truly seen and heard—perhaps for the first time. They’re not looking for quick fixes, but for meaningful, lasting healing that honors their journey. Someone who is also ready to break generational cycles! I offer a compassionate, person-centered approach rooted in empathy, deep listening, and respect for each individual's unique story. My goal is to support those carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, helping them shed what no longer serves them and reconnect with who they’ve always been at their core.
