Pleased to meet you! My name is Ashley Gomez-Hotko LMFT. I provide individual telehealth therapy to adult clients in California and Florida. If you are experiencing symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, family or relationship issues, or enduring a difficult life transition, I would love the opportunity to hear your story and support you. Experiencing trauma and hardship does not weaken you or lessen your value! It has the power to embolden and empower you, and I want to help you get to that place. Mental health IS health, and therapy is medicinal for untangling the mind and heart. My theoretical approach is a wide variety combo of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapies including EMDR, mindfulness, and always served with an emphasis on strengths, sprinkled with warmth, relatability, and humor. I am also LGBTQ+ competent and identified (and proud).
