My work is deeply informed by nearly 20 years of professional expertise, and lived experience as a former foster child. Sustainable Family Services helps children, teens, adults, and families heal from trauma, abuse, and overwhelming life stress. We specialize in working with individuals impacted directly or vicariously by childhood trauma, attachment wounds, foster care/adoption, burnout, compassion fatigue, chronic illness, and relationship challenges. I am also a Keynote Speaker and the New York Times and international bestselling author of the books, "Three Little Words" and "Three More Words." View 8 Photos Sustainable Family Services also provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including support for communication, emotional regulation, life skills, behavior challenges, and parent training.
