I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I offer counseling to individuals and families struggling with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and different life stressors. I am fully committed to my clients' success and growth. It is my belief that the therapeutic relationship is a crucial element to therapy. I strive to facilitate an environment that is trusting, inviting, safe, nonjudgmental, and professional. I focus on serving, adults, adolescents, and families through individual and family therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with various transitional, interpersonal, and emotional challenges. I have a good understanding of dysfunctional family systems/codependency and attachment trauma. I use a variety of interactive exercises for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma related symptoms.
