Do you feel like you are struggling to know who you are and how to make tough changes in your life? Are you struggling with complex trauma or dissociative issues? I help people strengthen their sense of self, work through challenges, and build the confidence they need to move forward. My focus is on supporting individuals who are navigating trauma symptoms, struggling with a crisis, experiencing dissociation, living with neurodivergent conditions, or just struggling in life. Therapy with me is meant to feel safe, straightforward, and supportive. There’s no judgment—just honest communication and space to be understood. I also utilize Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping meditation, to give you immediate relief and the Myers Briggs and Enneagram testing to tailor therapy to your unique personality.
