I believe that with patience, time, insight, awareness and understanding; progress and healing can be achieved. From my 22 years of experience working with children, teens and adults -I have gained a strong passion to help individuals whom struggle with self-esteem issues, trauma, anxiety and depression. I also have a strong passion and extensive experience working with children and their behaviors, along with providing parenting support. As a mother of two small children, I understand the impact of juggling it all and the importance of support and practicing self-care. I’m here to provide insight, understanding and coping skills.
