I believe that healing happens in connection and that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. As a therapist, I bring specialized training in EFT, IFS, somatic experiencing, and psychodynamic therapy into my work with clients. My approach is relational, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that growth and change are always possible. Clients describe me as intuitive, warm, and down-to-earth. While I bring professional expertise to our work together, I also show up as a human. I believe therapy functions best when we can be real with each other, and when you feel empowered and engaged in your healing process.
