Sometimes in life we experience a disconnect between where we want to be and where we are in our thoughts, behaviors, or relationships. I am here to help you understand yourself better so that you can begin to mindfully live life to the fullest. I specialize in working with clients through life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, and workplace challenges. I have a passion for helping clients navigate everyday difficulties including finding balance and reducing anxiety. Additionally, I support many postpartum clients navigating the challenges of balancing motherhood while reconnecting with their sense of self. I know that starting this journey can sometimes feel overwhelming. I’ve experienced that feeling myself as a mom of two. I have also experienced the validation, hope, and empowerment that can come from therapy, and that is my goal during each session with my clients.
