My ideal client is a young adult woman navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, or a major life transition. She may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure of her next steps and wants support that feels warm, grounding, and practical. In therapy, she’s looking to better understand her emotions, build confidence, strengthen boundaries, and feel more at ease in her daily life. My goal is to offer a supportive space where she can gain clarity, develop coping tools, and move forward with greater balance and self-trust.
