As a License Mental Health Counselor I believe we start with small steps to achieve bigger goal! Seeking therapy is the first step of your healing journey. I have been practicing for the past five years, focusing primarily on working with children, adolescents, adults, families, teenagers, and individuals of color. My area of focus are diverse groups of individuals such as those struggling with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, realtionship issues, parental support/skills building, seperation, grief, issues with transition/ life changes, work challenges, medical problems and social emotional support for younger children.
