Perinatal mental health is my specialty because I’ve been there myself and know how hard it can be to speak openly about your struggles before and after birth. Whether you’re feeling anxious, disconnected from your partner, grieving a loss, or navigating postpartum depression, I provide a judgment-free space where you can share your experience and feel heard. My goal is to make you feel comfortable asking for help and to be an advocate for women and couples who need it most. We might work on practical coping tools, explore how your own childhood experiences influence your parenting, or strengthen your connection with your partner.
