There are times when we struggle with an issue and need someone to encourage and help us. Sometimes we need to tell just one other person something we have done or been through. And once in a while our wheels come off, and we need serious support and help. It is very important to me that you feel safe when you come into my office, and that you are heard when it comes to the issues you are facing. I want you to feel you won't be judged and hopeful that true healing can occur. I work with individuals, couples and families, and specialize in providing tools for anxiety, depression, and healing from abuse and trauma. I also provide support for those having difficulties in marital and family relationships, and can help with infidelity and addictions. In addition, I am trained in levels I and II of EMDR.
